We will be open Tuesday and Wednesday, December 23 and 24. If you did not place a preorder, we will have a limited number of breads available for purchase on Wednesday, December 24.

We will be closed Thursday, December 25, through Monday, January 5 and will reopen for normal business on Tuesday, January 6.

Welcome to The Baking Room, a family-owned bakery in Aurora, CO, offering a delightful selection of fresh baked breads, locally roasted coffee, and in-house sweets. Fresh baked bread available Tuesday through Saturday each week. We specialize in sourdough country loaves, crispy baguettes, roman style pinsa flatbread, and focaccia, all made from simple ingredients and baked fresh daily. Our commitment to unprocessed bread means you enjoy wholesome loaves with no preservatives or artificial additives.
